AutoPhrase
----------------

AutoPhrase is a macro application that resembles the AutoText function in Word. It allows the user to hold a list of frequently used phrases together with an associated code and to be able to replace the code with the associated phrase

Installation:
---------------

Copy the AutoPhrase.opo file to the directory where you normally keep your macros and copy AutoPhrase.mbm to any directory of your choice.
Install the AutoPhrase.opo file as a macro assigning it a HotKey.

Install the nListBox.sis, the SysRam1.sis and the SysTinfo.sis files as a norma sis file.

Configuring AutoPhrase:
---------------------------------

When AutoPhrase is first called it will ask you to set up the location of the AutoPhrase.mbm file.

Using AutoPhrase:
-------------------------

Call AutoPhrase, whilst in the System screen, by using the HotKey that has been assigned. Initially there won't be any phrases available. Use the Add option to create some phrases assigning each one a code.

Once phrases have been added AutoPhrase can then be used. In any document that supports Cut & Paste (for use with Agenda please see the Tips section below) you can call AutoPhrase as follows:-

Type the ? character and with the cursor immediately behind this character use the HotKey to call AutoPhrase. This will list all the phrases avaiable. Select a phrase and use the Insert button (Control+I) and the selected phrase will be inserted in your document.

Alternatively type the code of the phrase you want inserted and with the cursor immediately behind the code call AutoPhrase by using the hotkey. If the code is found the code will be replaced with the phrase associated with the code. If the code is not found then a list of phrases available will be shown as above.

AutoPhrase can be called from anywhere in the Psion but if it is called when you are in the System screen it will only allow Phrases to be Addded, Edited or Deleted.

Phrases can be Edited and Deleted from the list screen in any application or in the System screen.
